Marchello Beriy

Marchello Beriy is an attorney with the Law Firm of Jonathan D. Leinwand, P.A. Marchello has experience in regulatory compliance matters in relation to the Securities Exchange Commission as well as other transactional and corporate matters. Marchello is a member of the Florida Bar’s Business Law Section and Corporations, Securities & Financial Services Committee.

Marchello assists clients on operational issues- including corporate structuring, capitalization, and a complete array of regulatory and compliance issues including Regulation A form filings, OTC market filings, FINRA filings and corporate amendment applications.

Marchello’s previous work experience includes working as a legal consultant for Capital One Bank where he advised clients on regulatory matters that impact the bank.
